Joshua Allen
Joshua Allen oversees the charter services division while establishing strong relationships with charter customers that are vital to the company's growth. Prior to joining Tempus, Mr. Allen worked for two of the leading charter and management companies in the Southwest and has consulted a number of private aviation service companies. Mr. Allen has held key roles in each company and has provided executive charter on nearly every type of aircraft: the Hawker 400XP, Citation X, Global Express, Boeing 757 and many others. Throughout his career, Mr. Allen has been fortunate to work with leading businessmen and women, athletes, celebrities and movie studios. He studied Aviation Management at the University of Oklahoma and Aeronautical Science at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Andrew Klemish
Andrew Klemish has several years of experience in aviation and aircraft management. Prior to joining Tempus, Mr. Klemish worked as a manager of the Corporate Flight Department for Evergreen Helicopters, he served as Director of Client Relations and Chief Pilot at Liberty Aerospace, and was the Director of Charter Sales for Sentient Jet. Since joining Tempus in June 2010, Mr. Klemish has held various roles within the company, including Operations Support Manager and Charter Manager, until promoted to his current position of Vice President of Flight Solutions. Mr. Klemish received his pilot's license at age seventeen and has an undergraduate degree in Aviation Management from Florida Tech.
Nanci Adams
Nanci Adams has 13 years of experience in administrative roles with a diverse background in aviation & manufacturing operations, customer service, sales, human resources, and accounting. Prior to joining Tempus, Mrs. Adams worked as the Operations Coordinator at Orion Air Group, a division of Tempus Jets, where she primarily managed 10 crewmembers and 60 mechanics deployed servicing the U.S. government contracts BACN in Afghanistan and AFRICOM in Africa. Mrs. Adams also worked as the Customer Service/Reverse Logistics Manager at Varicon, LLC, and the Operations Manager at Integra, Inc. As the Manager of Flight Operations at Tempus, Ms. Adams is responsible for scheduling all aircraft and crewmembers while maintaining systems that ensure all company flight operations are carried out in compliance with FA regulations. Additionally, she works directly with customers and brokers and serves as a liaison between upper management, the international planning department and crewmembers. Mrs. Adams has an associate degree in Business Administration from Bergen Community College.
Anthony Hanson
Anthony "Tony" Hanson has over 35 years of experience in the aviation industry with a strong record of operational understanding and management skills. Prior to joining Tempus, Mr. Hanson served as Director of Operations for Aerocab, LLC, and for SATSair. Mr. Hanson also worked as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Southeast Express Airlines, where he selected aircraft for company's operations and negotiated terms for their lease, and as Executive Vice President for Baltia Air Lines. He also worked for Orion Air Group as the Director of Flight Standards and Chief Pilot, where he was in charge of the selection, training and management of over 400 crewmembers engaged in the operation of 56 large transport category aircraft. As the Director of Operations at Tempus, Mr. Hanson is responsible for directing the certification process associated with the addition of new aircraft types to the existing air carrier certificate and directing the daily activities of the operations of a multi-engine turbine powered aircraft fleet consisting of various high performance jet aircraft. Mr. Hanson served as a pilot and attained the rank of Captain in the U.S. Air Force before earning an honorable discharge and going on to attain an undergraduate degree from Lea College.
Paul McCombie
Paul McCombie has 13 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and aviation management as well as a strong ability to understand and solve mechanical and electrical problems. Prior to joining Tempus in April 2012, he worked as an aircraft technician at both Cessna Aircraft and Stevens Aviation. While there, he performed routine maintenance and inspections and provided customer support during aircraft arrival and departure. Mr. McCombie also served as the Director of Maintenance at Special Services Corporation. As the Director of Maintenance on the FAA Certificate at Tempus, Mr. McCombie is primarily responsible for tracking and maintaining company aircraft to meet 135, Wyvern and Argus standards. He has an undergraduate degree in Aviation Maintenance from Bob Jones University.
Steve Goodell
Steve Goodell has over 13 years of pilot training experience from a Commercial Pilot rating, Airline Transport Pilot rating, to Flight Instructor rating. Prior to joining Tempus, Mr. Goodell was the Chief Pilot and Line Captain at AeroCab, LLC, SATSair, LLC, and Rhino Aviation. As the Chief Pilot on the FAA Certificate at Tempus, he supervises all pilots and flight crewmembers to ensure that all flight operations are performed safely and in accordance will all FAA and TSA regulations. Mr. Goodell has a B.S degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
